1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 24 hours of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition—unused, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from YCK through our official selling channels.
2. Non-refundable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads or virtual products.
- Used or damaged items due to customer mishandling.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the item was part of a free shipping offer, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
